We aim to develop state-of-the-art image processing and machine learning techniques for the automated interpretation of large multidimensional data sets arising from novel multispectral imaging protocols for the early detection and monitoring of cancer. Machine learning assisted interpretation of endoscopy data can aid the early detection of oesophageal cancer.
