Katie-Lou is a 2nd year PhD developing new methods for capturing more colour during endoscopy, compared to traditional red, green and blue cameras. She took first place for her talk at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre Postgraduate Symposium, where she outlined her plans to use in-house fabrication and testing alongside in-human clinical trials to advance clinical surveillance of Barrett’s Dysplasia and improve Early Cancer Detection.
