Sarah has been promoted to Professor of Biomedical Physics at the University of Cambridge from October 2020. Sarah says:
“Thank you to my inspirational mentors, my team who have done all the hard work and my family who are always there by my side. I could not imagine being where I am without you all. It was amazing to receive this excellent news during this otherwise strange and turbulent period. I am looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that come with a Professorship, as well as using my position as a platform from which to explore new areas of science and further promote our public engagement initiatives in the coming years “
